The prediction models based on dipeptides or tripeptides are more accurate than the traditional model based on single residue. A web server "GTPBinder" http://www.imtech.res.in/raghava/gtpbinder/ based on above models has been developed for predicting GTP interacting residues in a protein. date: 2010 date_type: published publication: BMC bioinformatics volume: 11 publisher: BIomedcentral pagerange: 301 refereed: TRUE issn: 1471-2105 official_url: http://www.biomedcentral.com/content/pdf/1471-2105-11-301.pdf related_url_url: http://www.biomedcentral.com/content/pdf/1471-2105-11-301.pdf related_url_type: pub citation: Chauhan, Jagat S and Mishra, Nitish K and Raghava, G.P.S.
