The following is the example output obtained from the prediction server. Top line shows the antigen name, rest part shows the amino acid sequence, DR1/DR2/DR5 binding regeion. The regions shown by "****", indicate predicted binder regions. In following example regeion "YADYTAFDYTAF" is predicted binding regeion which can binds to MHC alleles HLA-DR1 and HLA-DR2.
