Method	Dipeptide solution prepared at a concentration of 0.1 wt% in water. one molar equivalent of NaOH (1.0 M) solution into the stock solution of dipeptide for pH adjustment. 4 mL of the gelator solution was placed in a 15 mL glass vial. This vial was placed in a 3-inlet glass chamber thermostatted at 22°C, with a measured humidity of 45 %. CO2 was then added to the chamber above the vial at a required pressure for a desired period of time
