Introduction
YADAMP is another database of antimicrobial peptides with total 2133 entries.This database has been created after extensive literature search. The main difference between this database and other anitmicroial peptide database is the explicit presence of antimicrobial activity against the most common bacterial strains. Information of peptides can be easily accessed by providing name, amino acid number, net charge, sequence motif,etc.YADAMP is suitable for reviewing information on AMPs and for peptide structure-function analyses.
