Chemical Development Kit (CDK) constitutes the java libraries for bioinformatics, Cheminformatics and computational chemistry. It was created in 2000 by Christoph Steinbeck, Egon Willighagen and Dan Gezelter at Cologne University Bioinformatics Center to provide a common code base.  Here, to extract the maximum utility of these libraries and to provide the ease of usage, the web interfaces for the most of the CDK libraries particularly related to qsar is being developed.
