DAMpro: Prediction of Disease Associated Mutations

DAMpro is an in silico method, which is developed to predict Disease Associated Mutations. Major Features include:
(1) Binary based prediction: This module allows user to predict given mutations using the binary profiles of the window 17 flanking the mutation position.	(2) Domain based prediction: This module allows to predict mutations based on binary and domain weights.	(3) Domain Mapping: Here the domains which fall into the mutation range are displayed.
