DRONA is a fast, accurate and user friendly web-server/standalone-software for the prediction and classification of Nucleic Acids (DNA and RNA) interacting residues in protein sequences. This server have four major module for predicting; (i) DNA-interacting residues, (ii) RNA-interacting residues, (iii) nucleic acids interacting residues and (iv) DNA or RNA interacting residues. DRONA is freely available for the help of global scientific community.

We have also developed a Windows operating system based standalone version of DRONA. The software allows multiple protein sequences (Genome-wide) for the prediction and classification of DNA/RNA interacting residues.
