We derived motifs from immunomodulatory oligonucleotides using MERCI program. This module allow users to scan whether their oligonucleotide or DNA sequence have immunomodulatory specific motifs. Here user can search for the crucial motifs present in a given DNA or oligonucleotide sequences that are playing role for immunomodulation. After allocation of immunomodulatory motifs in given sequence(s) users can check the information of that motif by clicking on desired motif.
