| This tool allows the users to alter a immunomodulatory oligonucleotide with minimum mutations, based on Quantitative Matrix, so that its activity enhances. Here user can submit query nucleotide in FASTA format and optimize the oligo to get maximum/minimum/desired efficacy based upon the Quantitative Matrix based position specific scores. It will help the user to tweak any nucleotide from the predecessor oligo to attain the analog with desired property (highest/lowest immunostimulatory effect). Also, values of highest/lowest scoring residues at corresponding positions is given. To assist further, the cumulative sum of QM Scores for each nucleotide is given.
