This page allows to extract PDB chain IDs containing beta turn types in PDB list provided by users.. Input for this modules is number of specific type betaturn present in protein chain.

NOTE:

if you have enter range for more than one type of beta turn. The result file contains PDB chain ID which are common. For example: if you have enter range for type I as 0 To 4 and for type IV 0 To 4. PDB chain 10gsA as 4 type I turn and 2 type IV turn. PDB chain ID 109mA has 3 type I turn and None type IV turn. In the result file we will get only 10gsA ID. As 10gsA statisfy both the above said condition, whereas 109mA satisfy only one condition (first condition), so its removed from the result. The more the number of type turn you select the lesser the number of PDB chain IDs you will get.
