MAP PDB chain for creating Secondary Strcuture dataset


This page allows to assigning function of residues in a PDB chain. User need to upload file containing list of PDB files.


Upload a file having PDB chain ID list:     Example file: pdbid-list.txt
Please Choose the Secondary Structure Type
Type 1 contains Eight type
 Type 2 contains Three type Type 3 contains Three type

* Beta extended strand Nature
* 3-helix (3/10 helix)
* 5 helix (pi helix)
* Hydrogen bonded turn
* Isolated beta-bridge
* Bend
* Coil
* Helix type (includes Helix Nature, 3-helix (3/10 helix) and 5 helix (pi helix)
* Beta strand (includes Beta extended strand Nature and Isolated beta-bridge)
* Coil includes (includes Hydrogen bonded turn, Bend and Coil)
 * Helix type (includes Helix Nature)
* Beta strand (includes Beta extended strand Nature)
* Coil includes (includes 3-helix (3/10 helix), 5 helix (pi helix), Isolated beta-bridge, Hydrogen bonded turn, Bend and Coil)
