This module allows users to extract PDB chain IDs containing gamma turn types in their own PDB chains. Input for this modules is number of gammaturn present in protein chain.

Upload a PDB chain ID list file:     Example file: pdbid_list

(For Example: PDB 102mA has total 4 gamma turns type I present. To get all PDB chains having at least 1 gamma turns type I and maximum 4 gamma turns type I. Please enter the range as 1 To 4. Default is 0 To 200). For more information click help
