This module developed for predicting secondary structure of a peptide from its sequence. Users can either enter/past/upload a single or limitted peptides (Maximum 10 peptides) in fasta format. In this module secondary structure is predicted using PSSM based RandomForest model, that is slow but best model. Server present secondary structure in text as well as in graphical format.
