HELP PAGE FOR AA COMPOSITION

User can access the database for the amino acid composition with range between (0-100) e.g. if the user enters lysine value 10 for minimum and 50 for maximum, the user will get list of all the sequences in the database with lysine percentage composititon between 10 and 50.

RESULT

1.To search for peptides based on amino acid composition, select the amino acid from the given 20 amino acids.

2.Type the minimum % composition of the residues for the selected amino acid.

3.Also, enter the maximum % composition of residues for the selected amino acid.

4.Click on the submit button to get the result.
