HELP PAGE FOR PEPTIDE SEARCH
User can search the query sequence against whole database. Search result will provide user either with exactly identical peptide or matching peptides with the given query sequence.
1.To perform peptide search, paste or type the peptide sequence in single letter code.
2.User can choose either Exact or Containing search options to get the result of peptides either identical to query submitted or the get peptide sequences that contain the query peptide, respectively.
3.Finally click on the Run Anlysis! button to submit query.
