HELP PAGE FOR PHYSICO_CHEMICAL(PP) COMPOSITION
User can extract antihypertensive peptides that have desired percentage composition of certain types of residues like, positive charge, negative charge, polar residues.User can set the desired range for that property and peptides will be sorted e.g. if we give a range for aromatic property between (10-100), all peptides between this range will be listed in the output table. User can give combination of properties like aromatic property and positive charge, within the desired range.
RESULT
1.To search for peptides based on their physicochemical composition, select the property like aliphatic/aromatic or polar/hydrophobic, etc.
2.User can enter the minimum % composition of amino acid residues that should be there in the result sequences for the chosen property.
3.Also, enter the maximum % composition of residues for the chosen property.
4.Click on the submit button to get the result.
