HELP PAGE FOR BASIC SEARCH
This is a very simple and easy search option. User can search with single word for sequence (e.g. AHSY), length (e.g. 4), isoelectric point(e.g. 9.7), technique (e.g. MALDI), source (e.g. milk) used in the experiments. Results will be displayed according to the selected fields to be displayed. e.g. sequence, Activity, PMID etc..
1.To perform basic search, select one of the fields to paste the query in the box or either type the query to be searched.
2.Click the field to be searched
3.Also, select the fields user wants to display by checking multiple boxes or using the Check All option.
4.Click on the submit option to submit the query.
5.Click the AHTPDB ID to get its information.
