Partially Personalized

The term partially personalized is used to describe a situation, where the query sequence (from cancer tissue of sample) is compared with the human reference proteome in the absence of normal/healthy (from non-cancerous tissue) proteome of that particular individual. This module will annotate the mutations based upon the comparison between reference proteome and user query sequence. The module allows user to submit single protein sequence, whole proteome or VCF file from whole genome sequencing. For the input in any of these types, the output will be provided in the form of neoepitopes for personalized immunotherapy/vaccine.
