Tips for usage

Model_1: Trained on 1380 viral siRNA# using hybrid nucleotide frequencies, binary and thermodynamic properties*.

Model_2: Trained on 1725 viral siRNA using hybrid nucleotide frequencies, binary and thermodynamic properties.

Model_3: Trained on 1380 viral siRNA using hybrid nucleotide frequencies and binary features.

Model_4: Trained on 1725 viral siRNA using hybrid nucleotide frequencies and binary features.


Efficacy of siRNA represents its percentage inhibition e.g. an inhibition value of 75 means the siRNA is predicted to degrade 75% of the target mRNA

#Viral siRNA efficacies were normalised in the range of 0-100. 

*Hybrid frequency model combines mono, di, tri, tetra and penta nucleotide frequencies while binary profile accounts for nucleotide positions and thermodynamic features account for Gibbs free energy of the nucleotide pairs.
