Chemotaxis genes
During the annotation of Burkholderia sp. SJ98, we have identified two gene clusters containing Chemotaxis genes. First gene cluster have two copeis of CheW and one copy of CheR, CheA, MCP, chemotaxis-specific methylesterase and response regulator receiver modulated diguanylate cyclase.
Whereas second gene cluster contains one copy of each gene i.e. motA, motB, response regulator receiver domain-containing protein, CheA, CheW, MCP, CheR, CheD, chemotaxis specific protein methylesterase, CheY and CheZ. Burkholderia sp. SJ98 have the following Chemotaxis (Che) genes.
Whereas second gene cluster contains one copy of each gene i.e. motA, motB, response regulator receiver domain-containing protein, CheA, CheW, MCP, CheR, CheD, chemotaxis specific protein methylesterase, CheY and CheZ.
