BLAST with gene sequences

This module is developed to search any Nuclotide or Protein sequence against annotated Genes (Nucleotide sequences) predicted after the annotation of Burkholderia sp. SJ98 genome.
Differnt modules of BLAST tool (BLASTn, BLASTX,tBLASTn,tBLASTx and BLASTp) can be used at this server.
