To enable structure based dearch in your safari browser updated version safari and java needs to be installed on your system.

Safari browser (MAC-SYSTEM)

Open the siRNAmod in your browser or restart it, if it is already running, if it is not working follow the below steps

From the menu, select system preferences

Next click the JAVA icon form the menu

Follow instructions as shown below

Add site URL as shown below

Run the web page again for drawing the structure, you will be asked for permissions as shown below and follow the instructions as shown in picture.

Finally the structure drawing tool is ready to draw the structures and search it in siRNAmod database...
