To enable structure based dearch in your browser for IE (windows system please follow these instructions).
Note: Updated version of java needs to be installed on your system.

Go to Internet Explorer and Click Tools and then Internet Options

Select the Security tab

Select the Custom Level buttonScroll down to Scripting of Java applets

Scroll down to Scripting of Java applets. Make sure the Enable radio button is checked. Click OK to save your preference

Click Search, Structure on the home page of siRNAmod

Security warning will be displayed

Click on appropriate buttons as shown below

Additional permissions are required sometimes

Structure drawing tool will be ready to function on your browser
