QSPepPred allows users to predict Quorum sensing(QS) peptides or non-QS peptides from user provided sequences. It also provide information related to important user defined physico-chemical properties. Along with this after prediction user can select individual peptide to generate all possible mutants and predict their activity. User can also download results by clicking icon.
