Introduction CAMP is manually curated database of antimicrobial peptides.This database consists of both experimentally validated as well as predicted antimicrobial peptide sequences. It provides information about sequence, protein, activity, taxonomy, MIC values, hemolytic activity of all the peptides present in this database. Total number of peptides present in this database is 5040. Out of which 682 have structures and 1716 are taken from patents. |
